All calls are charged at standard rate. Our normal customer service hours are from 9.30am to 5.30pm GMT, Monday to Friday, but feel free to call us at any time and leave a message, and well get back to you as soon as possible.
|Making A Purchase We have tried to make buying online as straightforward as possible. Click on the 'Our Products' button at the top of the page to see an overview of our product ranges, or go directly to a product range by clicking on its name at the left of the page. For any item that you wish to buy just click on its 'Add To Cart' button. At any time you can view, modify or delete the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the 'View Cart' button at the top of the page. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button to enter delivery details before being transferred to our secure server where you can enter your credit card information in the confidence that is is fully encrypted. You can cancel the checkout process at any time.|
We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard and Switch/Maestro. We will not debit your card until your order is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If you are shopping from outside the UK (we currently accept orders from the US, Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand), place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Please note that we will not sell knives to anyone under the age of 18.
|Shipping And Handling UK orders are shipped by first class recorded delivery. We offer FREE SHIPPING to all UK addresses.|
Outside the UK, we currently ship to Western Europe, the US and Canada, and Australia and New Zealand. Delivery is by airmail, international recorded delivery. Delivery charges are:
Western Europe - £7.25 per order
US and Canada - £8.75 per order
Australia and New Zealand - £9.40 per order
|Delivery Schedule Provided product is in stock, orders will normally be despatched within 2 working days of receipt.|
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
|Back Orders All of our products are normally available from stock. However, if any item on your order is out of stock, we will email you to let you know. You will then have the choice of cancelling that item or back ordering it. Back orders may take up to 28 days before shipment. We will always contact you by email before back ordering product.|
|Credit Card Security During checkout, you will be transferred to our payment services provider for entry of your credit card details. Powered by Creditcall, our payment systems offer the highest level of internet security, including full level 1 PCI DSS compliance, the new mandatory banking standard for internet payments.|
|Your Right To Cancel We offer a no-quibble 14-day guarantee on everything we sell. If, for any reason, you change your mind about a purchase from us, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to let us know that you wish to return it. We will refund you the purchase price and our delivery charge within 30 days. You must return your purchase complete and undamaged in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.|
|Faulty or Damaged Product If any product you buy from us is faulty or has been damaged during shipment we will arrange, at your discretion, either a full refund or a replacement at our expense as long as you contact us within a reasonable time of receiving the goods. Again, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.|
